RETURNS

We hope that you love all your purchases from Southern Fuss. However, we understand that sometimes all purchases don’t always love us back. We've got you!

**Returns will only be accepted via the proper process. Please reach out to cs@southernfuss.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending your item back.**

All returns and cancellations will be for account credit only directly deposited into your account once the return is processed. If this was your first purchase, your account was automatically created at checkout. You can click on the "My Account" link in your return confirmation email. If you have any questions at all, reach out to us! cs@customerservice.com

In-Store Purchases will receive store credit for items returned within 7 calendar days of purchase. Day after purchase is “day 1.”

You must request a Return Authorization number to send back your items. Reach out to cs@southernfuss.com.
Shipped items must be postmarked to return within 7 days of receiving the order per the tracking number.
Returned items must be in original packaging, have original tags attached, and have the packing slip or receipt included to be accepted. If shipping back, please write the RA number at the top of the packing slip.
Shoppers will be refunded in store credit (minus the original shipping cost) back to the platform in which the order was placed (in app, online, or in store). Please ensure your item meets return requirements prior to shipping it back to Southern Fuss.
All accessories, gifts, decor, holiday, seasonal and sale items are FINAL sale.
Items purchased during a cash back live sale are FINAL sale.
All items purchased with a discount code or on sale are FINAL sale.
Customers that exceed a 20% return rate will have a 20% restocking fee added to all returns.

- If your return has any makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, scents - home fragrance, pets, cigarette smell, etc or stains of any kind, it will not be accepted.

- Only clothing and shoes that meet requirements are eligible for return. All other items are final sale. Holiday items, decor and accessories are always final sale.

- Final sale items are not limited to but include: holiday/seasonal/novelty/specialty items, accessories, bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear / coverups, bras, bra tops, jewelry, makeup, athletic wear, decor, home furnishings, candles and giftables, intimates, pajamas, bandeaus, unitards, tight fitting sport wear, leggings, etc, will not be eligible for return. If these ineligible items are sent back and not accepted you can choose to have them returned to you for a $10 shipping fee. It is the shopper’s responsibility to ensure the return is eligible for return before sending by obtaining an RA number. If you’re unsure, ask us! Reach out to cs@southernfuss.com.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer direct exchanges to items purchased online at this time due to having a fluid online inventory. So sorry! If you really love it, you can always opt to purchase & secure the correct size, return the current one in time, and receive account credit for the one returned.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items received in the mail must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order per the tracking number. First, please email us at cs@southernfuss.com and forward photos of any damage. We're glad to help! Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. Please note, Southern Fuss is not responsible for items deemed damaged after leaving the store when purchased in-store.

DISCOUNT CODE ADJUSTMENTS

Please note, we aren't able to adjust or alter discount codes after the order is placed. If your discount code is not working, it may be that the sale you are shopping isn't available on your current platform. If you don't see a discount at checkout, one is not applied. All discount codes should be applied at checkout on the Gift Card/Coupon link. Feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance prior to completing the purchase!

CASH BACK SALES

Cash back in the app is for cash paid in the app. Customers will not receive cash back for purchases made with gift cards or store credit secured prior to the cash back sale. Please save those gift cards for purchases other than on a cash back sale! All cash back sales are final sale.
