Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you have questions regarding an order, are having technical issues, or have questions about a return please contact us at cs@southernfuss.com. If you haven’t received a response within 48 hours, please check your junk and spam folders.

Shipping & Order Status

Southern Fuss ships to the Continental US and Canada. Lots more information about our shipping rates and policies can be found on our Shipping Info page.

    Can I cancel an order before it ships?
    • Yes, just let us know by sending an email to cs@southernfuss.com! All cancellations are processed in the form of store credit back to the platform purchased on - app or website. We are unable to process cancellations after the order has shipped.
    Can I Pick Up An Item From the warehouse?
    • Yes, just choose local pickup at checkout and pick up at 2079 Wambaw Creek Rd Unit 6, Charleston SC 29492. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
    Discount Codes
    • We love to offer discount codes! Purchases that use a discount code are final sale. You must apply the provided code. We are not able to correct after checkout. If the code is expired, it will notify you before completing checkout. If a code doesn't register and calculate the discount, it is not applied. 
    What is a Cash Back sale?
    • Cash back sales are so fun and loved by our customers! They are only processed in the app. You earn store credit deposited immediately into your account. Cash back is calculated on cash spent - not on gift cards or store credit used. The percentage varies with each cash back sale event. When cash back is earned, the sale becomes final. Cash back earnings never expire in your account and can be used whenever you want!

    What Payment Options Do You Accept?

    • We accept the following tenders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Sezzle (shop now & pay later), and PayPal.  
    What Happens If There Is An Error Message On My Order?
    • If you have questions regarding our items before placing your order or are having technical issues with ordering, please contact us directly at cs@southernfuss.com. We'll get it worked out!
    How Can I Use A Southern Fuss Promo Code?
    • When you start the checkout process click the button that says apply a discount code.  
    • Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
    • Our system will only accept one promo code per purchase. (Gift Cards are separate.)
