RETURNS

We hope that you love all your purchases from Southern Fuss. However, we understand that sometimes all purchases don’t always love us back. We've got you!

**Returns will only be accepted via the proper process. Please initiate your return by utilizing our return portal HERE.**

All returns and cancellations will be for store credit back to the platform your purchase was made. App purchases will receive app credit. Website purchases will receive store credit to use online or in store. Returns made from in store purchases will receive store credit that can also be used on the website. If this was your first app purchase, your account was automatically created at checkout. You can click on the "My Account" link in your return confirmation email. If you have any questions at all, reach out to us at cs@customerservice.com. If you haven’t received a response within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk and spam folders!

In-Store Purchases will receive store credit for items returned to the storefront within 7 calendar days of purchase. Day after purchase is “day 1.”

  • Shipped items must be postmarked to return within 7 days of receiving the order per the tracking number. 
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, have original tags attached, and have the packing slip or receipt included to be accepted.
  • Shoppers will be refunded in store credit (minus the original shipping cost if Redo was not purchased at checkout) back to the platform in which the order was placed (in app, online, or in store). Please ensure your item meets return requirements prior to shipping it back to Southern Fuss.
  • All accessories, gifts, decor, holiday, seasonal and sale items are FINAL sale.
  • Items purchased during a cash back live sale are FINAL sale.
  • All items purchased with a discount code or on sale are FINAL sale. (This applies even if Redo was purchased.)
  • Customers that exceed a 20% return rate will have a 20% restocking fee added to all returns.

-  If your return has any makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, scents - home fragrance, pets, cigarette smell, etc or stains of any kind, it will not be accepted. 

-  Only clothing and shoes that meet requirements are eligible for return. All other items are final sale. Holiday items, decor and accessories are always final sale. 

-  Final sale items are not limited to but include: holiday/seasonal/novelty/specialty items, accessories, bodysuits, undergarments, swimwear / coverups, bras, bra tops, jewelry, makeup, athletic wear, decor, home furnishings, candles and giftables, intimates, pajamas, bandeaus, unitards, tight fitting sport wear, leggings, etc, will not be eligible for return. If these ineligible items are sent back and not accepted you can choose to have them returned to you for a $10 shipping fee. It is the shopper’s responsibility to ensure the return is eligible for return before sending by obtaining an RA number. If you’re unsure, ask us! Reach out to cs@southernfuss.com

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer direct exchanges to items purchased online at this time due to having a fluid online inventory. So sorry! If you really love it, you can always opt to purchase & secure the correct size, return the current one in time, and receive account credit for the one returned. We can (of course) accommodate in store exchanges as necessary. 

DAMAGED ITEMS 

Damaged items received in the mail must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order per the tracking number. For shipped orders only, please utilize our returns portal HERE, and follow the process for damaged items. We're glad to help! Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. Please note, Southern Fuss is not responsible for items deemed damaged after leaving the store when purchased in-store. We do not accept "damaged" returns for items purchased in store. 

DISCOUNT CODE ADJUSTMENTS

Please note, if you forgot to enter the discount code - we get it, brain fog happens! We are not able to apply the code to your purchase once complete, but we can provide you store credit for the discount amount as long as you reach out to us regarding this issue within 24 hours of making the purchase. If your discount code is not working, it may be that the sale you are shopping isn't available on your current platform.  If you don't see a discount at checkout, one is not applied. All discount codes should be applied at checkout on the Gift Card/Coupon link. Feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance prior to completing the purchase!

CASH BACK SALES 

Cash back in the app is for cash paid in the app. Customers will not receive cash back for purchases made with gift cards or store credit secured prior to the cash back sale. Please save those gift cards for purchases other than on a cash back sale! All cash back sales are final sale.
